We Are A Community of Practice We welcome you to join Healthy Native Youth’s Community of Practice virtual gatherings held the second Wednesday of every month at 10-11:30 am PST. There are many benefits to having a community of practice, both for the individuals involved and for the organisation in which they exist.A community of practice is a support network for people who share a common role. In classical Greece, for instance, “corporations” of metalworkers, potters, masons, and other craftsmen had both a social purpose (members worshiped the same deities and celebrated holidays together) and a business function (members trained apprentices and spread innovations).
